Where it all began
It started with Ammamma's snack tins
In Narsampet, a little village near Warangal, Saroja Ammamma rolled every sakinalu spiral by hand. She never measured a thing. She just knew, by feel, when the batter was right and the fire was slow enough.
When her grandchildren scattered to far away cities, she posted them snack tins. Those tins always ran out too soon. JeevaCrunch carries her recipes forward, so every grandchild everywhere can taste home again.

Rice ground fresh on stone, sun-dried in the courtyard. Ammamma said good flour cannot be hurried, and she was right.
